Documents of the Anglesea Homeowner’s Association

The documents that follow represent the result of computer scanning and error-editing Association supplied copies. The resulting machine-readable documents contain corrections that were made in the form of any known amendments through September 1, 2001. Such amendments have not been included here. Every effort has been made to verify these computer documents with the original, however it is quite possible that errors may still exist. The current condominium developer was of little or no help in the accumulation of this information.

Signatures have not been included, however all names have been shown where a signature existed.

The following three documents apply only to owners of house Lots 1 through 31

"DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES FOR SINGLE FAMILY LOTS"   (A View of each Lot)

"INDIVIDUAL  SINGLE FAMILY LOT HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS"   (A View of the Community and Individual Lots)

The following document applies only to members of the Anglesea II Condominium Association

"DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF ANGLESEA II CONDOMINIUMS"

"BY-LAWS OF THE ANGLESEA II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION"

"Rules and Regulations of the Anglesea II Condominium Association"   (Common Areas, pets etc.)

The following three documents apply to all homeowners at Anglesea

"CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION"   (R.I. Secretary of State Incorporation Papers)
"DECLARATION OF COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS"   (Sewer system, Assessments etc.)
"BYLAWS OF Anglesea Homeowner’s association"   (Meetings, Quorums, etc.)
"Procedure for Enforcement of Restrictions and Covenants"   (If a Lot Owner Violates the Restrictions)

The document which follows allows the Homeowner's association to maintain the drainage ditch to the Bay, located in the Northeast corner of the Development.
